Ready to join? We’re excited to ride with you! Follow these steps to register with the club and get in the know about all our weekly events.

NOTE: Husky Cycling Club is only accessible to current UW students, faculty, and staff. You will need a UW email to join IMLeagues and the Discord server.

1. Join IMLeagues

IMLeagues is how the UW Recreation program keeps track of all registered members of Rec Club RSOs. Create an account with your UW email and complete the required documents. Then search for “Husky Cycling Club” and click “join”!

2. Join Discord

We do all of our club communication through our Discord server. Here you can find information on group rides, coordinate details for upcoming races, receive updates on the club, and connect with new riding buddies!

Be sure to fill out the Google Form that is linked on the welcome page with your UW email. Since we share sensitive information such as our locations on Discord, this is how we ensure only students, faculty, and staff have access.

3. Review and sign our Safety Policies

Before participating in club events, all members are required to review our Safety & Etiquette Policies and provide emergency contact information.
